DO CREW – Dance One Hip Hop Company

This pre-professional dance company ignites as they perform all types of hip hop and urban funk.  DO CREW has performed at The National Cherry Blossom Festival, Lincoln Center and the Philadelphia Youth Festival.

We are proud to announce the new company members for 2015 – 2016

 

Kristen Benoit is a sophomore at Daniel Boone High School.  She has been dancing at Dance One Studios since the age of 4. Through the years she has taken hip hop, modern, tap, and jazz.  This is her first year in DO Crew, and she is very excited for the experience! She likes to hang with her friends in her spare time.

 

April Eickhoff has been dancing at Dance One since she was three years old. She currently studies tap, jazz, modern, and hip-hop. This is April’s first year in DO TAP and DO CREW. Outside of dance, she plays mellophone in marching band and French horn in concert band. April enjoys camping, playing with her two dogs, and hanging out with her friends. After high school she would like to continue her dance education in college.

 

 

Alexa Lambert has been dancing for 7 years.  Her favorite style of dance is hip hop, although she also enjoys tap, lyrical, jazz and musical theater.  This is her first year attending Dance One and loves it! She is a student at Boyertown Area School District.  She is super excited for this year and all DO Crew performances.

 

Brooke Myers has been dancing with Dance One Studios for 11 years and has taken jazz, hip hop, ballet, modern and tap. Brooke is in the 8th grade at Springford Area School District. Brooke is excited to perform with DO CREW and DOCBT this year.

 

Payton Schaffer is a freshman at OJR High School and a commercial, print, and runway model.  She started dancing at the age of 4 taking ballet, jazz, and tap.  Between breaks from dance, she enjoyed time as a gymnast, lacrosse player and a cheerleader.  She recently went back to her love of dance and added hip-hop to the mix.  Payton loves to travel, listen to music, create videos, and spend time with friends.
