DO TAP – Dance One Studios Tap Company

DO TAP, specializing in Rhythm Tap, is the only pre-professional tap dance company in the area and has performed throughout the Tri-County area, as well as at the Philadelphia Tap Festival, Philadelphia Youth Festival, Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade, The National Cherry Blossom Festival, the Carnival Cruise line, The Kennedy Center, and at Lincoln Center!

We are proud to announce the new company members for 2015 – 2016


April Eickhoff has been dancing at Dance One since she was three years old. She currently studies tap, jazz, modern, and hip-hop. This year is April’s first year in DO TAP and DO CREW. Outside of dance, she plays mellophone in marching band and French horn in concert band. April enjoys camping, playing with her two dogs and hanging out with her friends. After high school she would like to continue her dance education into college.


Laura Fiorani is 15 years old and is currently a sophomore at Daniel Boone High School. She has been taking dance classes for 5 years and has studied tap, acro, jazz, modern, and hip hop. This is her first year as a member of DO TAP and she is really excited to challenge herself this year. She loves to dance, and plans to continue throughout her high school and college years. In Laura’s spare time she likes to hang out with her friends and watch shows on Netflix (especially Grey’s Anatomy), and has been an 8 year volunteer at her local Relay For Life event.


Zoe Herold is a sophomore at Daniel Boone high school. She has been dancing for 13 years, and dancing at Dance One Studios for 10 years. This is her third year in DO TAP. Zoe studies tap, jazz, pointe, ballet, modern, hip hop, and jazz. Zoe studied with the Penn State Lady Lionettes dance team in the summer of ’14, ’15, and ’16 and won a dance excellence award. She has also danced in Disney with Dance One Studios twice. Zoe hopes to become professional dancer and a dance teacher.



Lindsay Morrell is happy to be starting her first year as a company member of DO TAP. Lindsay began ballet and tap lessons at the age of 3 and quickly decided dancing, especially tap dancing, is awesome. She currently studies tap, jazz, and ballet. Lindsay has participated in master classes instructed by Dr. Leslie Netting and Ms. Tessa Netting. She also plays piano, and in her free time enjoys crafts, listening to music, and making videos on her iPad. Lindsay can not wait for DO TAP to begin performing!


Cassandra Roberts is 17 years old and has been dancing for 14 years. She has studied tap, jazz, ballet, and modern. Cassandra has attended modern, ballet, african, and jazz intensives instructed by Dr. Leslie Netting. She has also attended two jazz workshops, instructed by Shelia Barker, a Broadway workshop with Tessa Netting, and a modern workshop with the Martha Graham Company. This is Cassandra’s sixth year as part of DOCBT/DOCBT II, and her fifth year in the DO TAP. Cassandra has danced at Lincoln Center, Cherry Blossom Festival, Disney World, Dorney Park, Hershey Park, The Wilma Theatre, Relay for Life and other smaller performances. Cassandra is a senior at Daniel Boone High School and wants to attend a four year college majoring in Education/Teaching Dance. In her spare time, Cassandra loves to read, play with her dogs, and hang out with her friends.


Sami Scicchitano has been dancing since she was ten years old. She began studying at Dance One Studios at the age of 12. She has studied tap, jazz, modern, and ballet, tap being her favorite style. She is currently a sophomore and attends Berks Catholic High School. This is Sami’s first time participating in  DO TAP, and she is looking forward to a fun and exciting year. In her spare time, Sami enjoys hanging out with her friends and her family. Sami also plays basketball. Sami is looking forward to all that DO TAP has to offer!


Samantha Zettl has been dancing since she has been 3 years old.  Tap is her favorite style of dance, but also enjoys ballet, jazz, musical theatre and hip hop.  She has performed in Disney World and attended master classes with Dr. Netting and Ms. Tessa Netting.  Samantha loves to be on stage.  Her aspiration is to continue with dance throughout her school years.  If she isn’t dancing at home, you can catch her riding her motorcycle, around the yard, or crafting.  She is in love with life.  She is honored to have been accepted and to be a part of DO TAP!
