DO CREW – Dance One Hip Hop Company

This pre-professional dance company ignites as they perform all types of hip hop and urban funk.  DO CREW has performed at The National Cherry Blossom Festival, and the Philadelphia Youth Festival.  DO CREW made their professional debut at the RAW Festival in NYC last year and performed at Carnegie Hall. DO CREW was honored to perform at Lincoln Center in January 2019.

Ally Capone has been dancing at Dance One Studios for 5 years. She’s a 12th grader at Radnor High School. Ally has studied ballet, modern, hip hop, and acro. She hopes one day to perform with Cirque du Soleil. Ally likes volleyball, basketball, tumbling and teaching her little cousin Addie acro tricks.


Rylee Carlson has been dancing at Dance One for 5 years. She has taken lessons in Hip-Hop and Modern. This her second year in Do Crew and she is very excited to have performed at Lincoln Center. She is currently a junior at Owen J. Roberts High School. She takes part in the Odyssey of the Mind for her high school. Rylee also enjoys horse-back riding and drawing in her free time. Rylee likes to play the piano every once in a while and she loves to spend time with friends, family, and pets


Carlee Chesnet is a sophomore at Renaissance Academy. She has been dancing for 5 years at Dance One Studios. She has studied hip-hop, jazz, ballet, and tap. She has danced on stage at Carnegie Hall, the Bethlehem Steel Stacks, and at the pregame show for the Harlem-Globetrotters. She has had the opportunity to be in her school’s production of The Nutcracker this year. Carlee has also had the opportunity to take a masterclass with Tessa Netting. When she isn’t dancing she is camping and hanging out with her friends.


Abby Eagle has been dancing at Dance One Studios for 11 years. She has had instruction in hip-hop, jazz, modern, tap, and ballet. This is Abby’s third year in DO Crew and she is very excited. She has performed with the studio in Disney World, Carnegie Hall, and Lincoln Center. Abby is a 9th-grade student at Pottstown High School. She plays the drums and plays the drum set in her jazz band. She likes to sing, read, and spend time with her puppy and family.


April Eickhoff has been dancing at Dance One since she was three years old. She currently studies tap, jazz, modern, ballet, hip hop, and acrobatics. This is April’s fourth year in DO Tap and DO Crew. She danced in Brooklyn’s RAW Festival, Hershey Park, Kutztown University, Disney World, Carnegie Hall, Bethlehem Steel Stacks, Spring Up Dance Festival, Lincoln Center, Tap Ties, Philadelphia Youth Dance Fest, and Springdom Dance Showcase. She has taken masterclasses with Dr. Leslie Netting, Steven Vaughn, Jason Samuels Smith, Bril Barrett, Ray Hesslelink, Ian Berg, Shani “Virgo” Alston, Aaron Mitchell, Beau Hancock, Patricia Jones, and Karen Callaway-Williams. Outside of dance, she plays mellophone in the marching band and French horn in Wind Ensemble. April enjoys camping, playing with her two dogs and working at Limerick Veterinary Hospital¬. After high school, she would like to continue her dance education in college and become a dance teacher.


Victoria Loomis has been dancing since she was two years old. She is currently in eighth grade in the Owen J. Roberts School District where she is a member of the Junior National Honor Society. This is her first year on DOCBT and she is excited to continue on her dance journey! She has enjoyed performing at Lincoln Center, Disney World, Kutztown University, Hershey Park and at senior centers. Her future goal is to be a professional dancer. In her free time, she likes to have fun with her friends, choreographs dances and cheer on the Philadelphia Eagles
